I king room, 2 Queen rooms
and 2 x 2 singles.
Situated on the sought after Solterra Resort with wonderful amenities, including a clubhouse, large architect designed pool with water slide, Lazy river, hot tub ,cabanas, fitness room, tennis and volleyball courts, children’s playground and recreational area. plus a poolside cafe.
(Resort fees $35 to the clubhouse for the length of stay)
Located in the Davenport area just minutes from Orlando’s theme parks, outlet malls, 3 world class golf courses at Reunion and 90 minutes to the beaches.
Solterra resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. At Posner Park nearby there is an Imax movie theater, Target, outlet stores, cafes and shops.

Strictly NO animals due to a Severe Allergy
Comfortable living room with flat screen TV and doors to the Lanai. Both doors are connected to an audible alarm and child fencing is in situ around the front of the pool.

5 well appointed bedrooms with one on the ground floor with a bathroom and two ensuite rooms upstairs. Two further bedrooms share a bathroom

Private pool with room to swim or stretch out inside the enclosed lanai..
For security, please be aware there is a ring door bell viewing the front entrance and a ring camera keeping an eye on the pool equipment and the rear entrance to the lanai.
Rates
Rates are on a daily basis ranging from $150 to $320 with discounts for 4 weeks or more.
Minimum length of stay is between 4 or 7 nights depending on the season.
A single cleaning fee of $165 is applied to all bookings regardless of length of stay..
$300 non refundable deposit to guarantee booking.
Balance is due 60 days before arrival date
Refunds
30-60 days in advance of arrival date 50% refund
15-29 days in advance of arrival date 25% refund
Less than 15 days NIL refund
$250 damage deposit charge to card on arrival and refunded after checking out and home has been serviced.
Pool heating is $30 a day. Please reserve in advance.
Credit card payments are subject to a chargeback for the fees between 1.5% to 4% depending on the issuing bank.
